Return & Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We maintain a transparent and straightforward Return & Refund Policy, applicable in the following scenarios:

1. Wrong Item Sent

If you receive a product that differs from the one displayed on our website or does not match the provided technical specifications, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference. This issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting images and videos. Please note that for machines, tools, equipment, spares, or accessories, the color of the product may vary due to manufacturing upgrades.

2. Damaged Item

If the product is damaged upon arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund based on your request. The damage must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos and videos as evidence.

3. Defective or Incomplete Product

In cases where a product is defective or incomplete, we will provide a replacement, spare parts, or missing components (if applicable) according to your request. Defects or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, with supporting images and videos.

4. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made before the product has been dispatched. For heavy shipments, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

After Dispatch: If the cancellation request is made after the product has been dispatched, the courier fee will be deducted from the refund. However, if we miss the assured delivery date, a full refund will be offered.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed via the original payment method through a payment gateway or electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India. The refund will reflect in the same account from which the payment was made within 7-10 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the refund will be processed via NEFT bank transfer. To complete the refund, we will require the following bank account details:

     o Bank Name

     o Account Number

     o Account Holder’s Name

     o IFSC Code
